I was very pleased with the selection and with the quality. The application was simple. I had to reorder to customize my selection so it would cover the damaged area I was trying to cover, and was surprised at how little extra it cost to customize!! Had difficulty getting the second order to process after several attempts, which explains the low service rating. Overall, I would not hesitate to order any of their products again.
