Delivery Options

We ship all of our packages with the United States Postal Service via priority mail. You should receive your order in 5 to 7 business days from the date you place your order.

Return Policy

Customized frames cannot be returned. Non-customized frames can be returned for a 70% refund. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, and indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Payment Policy

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL. If you want to pay by check you will need to do so through paypal. We do not accept personal checks in the mail.
